The Joshua Tree Dining Facility is dedicated to serving the best food to our enlisted members on Edwards AFB seven days a week! This facility can seat 269 people and you can expect to find delicious dishes featuring fresh fruits & vegetables, pastas, breads and top quality meats.

Advisory Board
Dining Facility Customers: Do you have questions or concerns regarding your dining experience that you want to share with your food service personnel? Let us know at the next Joshua Tree Dining Facility Advisory Board meeting. The board meets quarterly in the DFAC to discuss new and innovative ways to better serve you! For more information please contact the Food Service Officer at 277-1338 or 275-3665.
The next DFAC Advisory Board Meeting will be held on January 26 at 1:30 in the DFAC. ALL Eligible DFAC customers are welcomed to attend. Please contact the FSO to sign-up.
Patron Eligibility
The Air Force operates enlisted dining facilities to provide subsistence entitlements to enlisted members residing in dormitories, to provide a training environment for food service personnel to meet our war-fighting mission and to provide flight meal service in support of daily operations.
